You will travel to several clients a day providing technical support on a wide array of technologies. We provide software and hardware support for Microsoft Windows based and Apple computers, networking, peripherals, security, connected devices, etc.
Other responsibilities of the On-Site Technician role include:
-Interfacing directly with internal customers with a professional and positive demeanor
-Service is our #1 priority
-Updating ticketing system to reflect services rendered
-Resolving security issues
– Malicious software removal and identifying potential risks
-Handling equipment deployments and resolving break/fix issues with current systems
-Submitting orders for parts and new equipment
-Providing training to end users as requested
-Adhere to HIPAA regulations for our medical clients

We would like to see a proven track record of success providing a high-level of customer satisfaction. Prior experience is a must. Industry certifications and technology degrees are a plus. You must be able to meet service level agreements while exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills. You must be a resourceful self-starter who is able to work well independently.You must have a reliable car with proper insurance and a drivers license in good standing and your own tools. We reimburse mileage based on the current standard rate. If considered, you will be subject to a background/suitability check.
